Shipping policy

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship cigars to most U.S. states and select international countries where tobacco imports are permitted. Certain locations like Arkansas, Utah, and Brazil are restricted due to local laws. International customers are responsible for verifying their country’s tobacco regulations before ordering. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or freight forwarders.

2. Order Processing

Orders placed before 2 PM EST on business days (Monday-Friday) typically ship within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or during holidays will process the next business day. During peak seasons (e.g., Christmas), processing may take slightly longer.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Domestic (U.S.) Orders:

  • Standard Shipping (3-5 business days): Free on orders over $150, otherwise calculated at checkout.

  • Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): Available for an additional fee.

  • Adult Signature Required (21+): Mandatory for all tobacco deliveries in compliance with state laws.

International Orders:

  • Delivery times vary (7-21+ business days) depending on customs processing.

  • All international shipments are marked as “Tobacco Products” on customs forms.

  • Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees.

4. Package Handling & Storage

All cigars are shipped with humidity control (Boveda packs) in sealed bags to maintain freshness. In extreme weather conditions (heatwaves or freezing temperatures), we may delay shipments to prevent product damage.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours with photos of the damaged items and packaging. For lost packages, we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier. Note that we are not responsible for packages seized by customs or lost due to incorrect shipping addresses.

6. Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to cancel orders shipping to restricted areas or high-risk fraud locations. If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, customer refusal, or failed age verification, reshipping fees will apply.
